RMC is hiring for a Junior Inventory Management Specialist to support our customer onsite at NSWC Indian Head, MD.   The selected candidate will be expected to: Perform a wide range of substantive clerical/technical support work. Perform inventory accounting and control records entry and review, demand processing, requisition and re-supply, receipt and release of property, shipments, and management information recoverability. Perform periodic inventories of plant property, materials, and equipment. Gather information to support inventory records, discrepancies, and assist with corrective actions. Process disposal documentation as required, and post status record changes to maintain control of equipment dispositions. Process material receipts; enter data in the inventory control system; enter receiving and shipping documentation; and notify management of discrepancies with maximum supervision. Follow technical written procedures issued by the Federal Government for requisitioning, receiving, and storing supplies, repair parts, and equipment. Requirements A High School Diploma and (2-3) years of general work experience is required. An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to follow technical written procedures issued by the Federal Government. Must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and be able to drive and operate a vehicle (car, truck, van). The Opportunity We are hiring a General Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for sales growth, marketing, operations, and team leadership. This person will be a strategic thinker and business builder who can grow revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring efficient and safe quarry operations. The GM will report directly to ownership and will play a key role in setting the company’s strategic direction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing (Primary Focus) Drive revenue growth through direct sales, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships. Develop and execute marketing plans to expand brand recognition and market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors. Negotiate major sales contracts and pricing strategies. Strategic Leadership Work with ownership to define and execute business growth strategies. Identify new product opportunities, geographic markets, and customer segments. Monitor industry trends and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed. Operations Management Oversee quarry and plant production, including equipment, safety, and compliance. Manage and develop staff across quarrying, processing, administrative, and logistics functions. This includes obtaining and managing a team of >70 H2B visa seasonal employees across several quarry locations. Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and high product quality. Lead a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Financial & Administrative Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow, payroll, and P&L accountability. Maintain company records confidentially, accurately, and securely. Reduce company risk by building competitive and comprehensive insurance and risk management plans. Track performance metrics and report results to ownership. Support HR needs including hiring, training, and performance management. Public Relations, Contracts, Mining Rights, and Permitting Act as the company liaison for safety, regulatory, and permitting requirements, such as those enforced by the BLM and MSHA. Develop leases and contracts for land and quarry claims, and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field (MBA a plus). 3–5+ years of management experience, ideally in building materials, quarrying, aggregates, or related industrial sectors. Proven success in sales and marketing leadership with measurable revenue growth results. Strong strategic thinking, analystical, computer, and business development skills. Ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on operational oversight. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative and adaptability are essential. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $110,000 and up, depending on qualifications. We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Operate CNC Lathe machines. 2. Perform assigned maintenance. 3. Preform other production tasks as needed. 4. Adhere to production schedules. 5. Keep manufacturing area clean and well organized. 6. Work overtime or on different shifts as requested to meet production demands. 7. Complete daily and weekly performance board and quality/productivity reports as needed. 8. Follow safety, quality, operating and other procedures. 9. Work with manufacturing lead, follow material point of use process and ensure there is material and tools available at all times. Qualifications: High School Diploma, equivalent, or passing company’s basic English/Math/Blue Print Reading Test; 2 year college or technical degree preferred. 1. Proficient in reading blue prints. 2. Proficient in using basic measuring tools (rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.). 3. Proven working experience in operating CNC equipment in a production environment. 4. Basic English reading/writing and math skills to fulfill job requirements. 5. Ability to work with computers. 6.
