Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably in the e-commerce sector. Strong understanding of line haul transportation processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficient in logistics software and tools (experience with TMS or ERP systems is a plus).
