Process & Compliance： Implement and enforce SOPs for freight handling, barcode scanning, cross-docking, and quality control. Lead team training on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and system usage to ensure consistent execution. Collaborate regularly with other departments to maintain alignment across operations and service standards. Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and reinforcing warehouse safety policies and best practices. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for an extended period Travel This position is not remote or a hybrid position Travel is not required. CDL Class A driver Needed. Fleet trucks consist of 2021 Mack Granite dump trucks with M-Drive 12 Automatic Transmissions and pup trailers, tractor trucks and trailers, side-dumps, and equipment trailers. Hauls are mainly located in Snohomish and King Counties. Medical and Dental insurance after 60 days. Candidates must have clean driving record, and ability to operate fleet vehicles with efficiency and safety, maintain driving and maintenance logs.
