Position: Fabrication Team Member Job type: Full – Time Responsibilities: • Efficiently navigate the production floor, ensuring timely completion of tasks. • Maintain basic shop organization and cleanliness to optimize workflow. • Operate various tools and machinery with precision and safety. • Stand for long periods of time while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. • Exhibit keen attention to detail in all aspects of fabrication. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing setting. • Familiarity with the signage industry is a plus but not required. • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Composer. • Experience operating epilog laser cutter a plus. • Experience operating Multicam CNC. • Ability to lift and maneuver materials as needed. • Be able to read shop drawings, follow and retain direction. • Knowledge of various materials in the sign industry. • Experience applying vinyl, digital graphics to a variety of surfaces and materials. • Experience using table saw, miter saw and basic shop power tools a plus. • A great attitude and a positive outlook that energizes those around you. • Dependable, quality-conscious and take pride in your work. You'll be operating a Northwood CNC machine to process plywood, plastics, foam, and aluminum — with the majority of work focused on plywood. No CNC programming required. Key Responsibilities: - Operate Northwood CNC machinery. - Load/unload plywood sheets and other materials. - Follow production schedules and safety procedures. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: - CNC machine operation experience preferred (training available). - Ability to lift and handle sheet materials. - Strong attention to detail and safety practices. Schedule & Pay: - 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. - Optional overtime often available. - $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
