WE HAVE A FLEET OF 4 TRUCKS CONSISTING OF A 22' STAKEBED, 18' STAKEBED, 16' STAKEBED. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE AND MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH). Summary of Position: The ideal candidate will have the know-how of a Programmer as well as the skills of an Operator. The CNC Programmer develops part programs for CNC lathes, 3-axis mills, routers and waterjet cutters. The programmer develops machining strategies for parts and uses CAM software to generate machine code and documentation for the machine operators. The Operator duties include being responsible for proper set-up, operation, and maintenance of CNC machinery and the CNC shop area. The applicant will have a working knowledge of CNC machine tools and their controls, general machining operations, and tooling as well as have a strong grasp of fundamental work holding on various machine tools, CNC coordinate systems and their offsets. Description of Duties, Including but Not Limited To: • Using information and drawings from the technical design department, the programmer develops an efficient overall production strategy for parts. This strategy includes material to be used, machine operations and their sequence, and work holding techniques • Work through first article inspection and make any changes necessary • Perform machine set-up for all parts. This includes tooling set-up and measurement, work fixturing and locating, first run proofing, minor editing, first article inspection, and production • maintain CNC machinery according to maintenance schedules. This includes lubrication, coolant maintenance, and general inspection and maintenance of the machinery Job Requirements: • Applicant should have at least 2 yrs. applicable training or work experience. • Must possess solid troubleshooting and communications skills • Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings • Solid programming background using MasterCAM • Knowledge of Fanuc and Haas • Must be able to edit or create part drawings or models in MasterCAM • Working hours are typically weekdays 6AM to 2:45PM, however longer days will be required when the workload requires it • Ability to work long hours and weekends when needed • Must be flexible about job assignments • Must get along with, and be respectful to others • Must be reliable and punctual.

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE · Ensures daily updates are made for items running at Coastal/Packout facilities and follow-ups on stock and pallets needed. · Ensures common carriers are scheduled as well as "will calls" with the carriers. · Communicates with freight carriers on assigned destinations. · Coordinates with drivers and updates customers on the expected delivery status. · Aligns the tracking of driver assignments through our ERP for accurate timelines. · Coordinates farm out items by producing checklists for the items. · Ensures On time delivery tracking is done on a weekly basis. · Sends, updates, and tracks information required by customers. · Ensures adherence with company inventory control practices. · Obtains quotes/rates for outside freight if necessary, through our Logistics Team. · Monitors inventory and scheduling changes and determines appropriate timing for the pick-up, delivery, warehousing and staging of materials. · Books purchase orders for freight orders. · Interacts with production and customer service personnel in maintaining and adjusting the shipping schedule, maintaining the warehouse inventory. · Coordinates pick-up of stock at corrugated sheet suppliers. · Coordinates work for forklift drivers. · Sets-up delivery appointments. · Performs other duties as assigned.
