Charger Water Treatment Products is currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Knoxville, TN. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receiving, sorting, and assembling of our premium water treatment products. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy and quality. Sort and store products in designated areas. Pick, pack, and Assemble orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock organization. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Follow safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment. Support team members in achieving daily operational goals. Able to lift 75 lbs Safely drive our 16' box truck on occasional deliveries Work full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is an asset. Ability to lift heavy items (75 lbs) and stand for long periods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking. Forklift certification is a plus but can be obtained through training. Valid Driver's License and Medical DOT Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm. Benefits $16.50/hour. This working supervisor oversees and actively participates in the work of 10-12 ammonia refrigeration techs. (Direct reports).  The role partners with process maintenance, production, & quality to ensure 24/7 ammonia refrigeration systems meet the needs of site operations. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and primarily works M-F schedule, with flexibility to cover early/ late shift, short-notice overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed Specific Duties / Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee daily ammonia refrigeration operations. Ensure compliance with state and federal refrigeration regulations and codes. Promote the team's safety-first mindset and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Apply refrigeration knowledge to install & start-up refrigeration equipment per specifications. Guide and support team; coordinate resources in troubleshooting repairs and preventative maintenance (PMs) for ammonia refrigeration system. Keep team focused on priorities; assist with refrigeration system operation and ensure team shares knowledge and cross-trains. Collaborate with vendors and parts room team to manage inventory / supplies for refrigeration systems. Exhibit knowledge and perform work related to Process Safety management (PSM), Frick computer and ice making systems. Utilize / train team members on the work order system, logs and documentation to track PMs, repairs and PSM tasks.
