The ideal candidate will be proactive and work efficiently with a high level of proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks, along with a good communication and people skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate processing of repair requests and custom orders while ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Review and process canceled orders Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders while coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment. Track outstanding orders and resolve any issues to prevent procurement delays. Receive, label, and store replenishment stock and organize inventory for efficient retrieval. Resolve order issues promptly, collaborating with teams for smooth operations. Assist department manager with daily administrative tasks to enhance efficiency. Monitor and process advanced shipping notices from suppliers for timely material receipt. Inspect and process product returns from customers, following established protocols. Ensure ERP system accuracy for transactions and materials movements. Proactively troubleshoot order issues for expedited execution. Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally including some team or project coordination High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, order processing, and inventory management. Familiarity with ERP systems or similar inventory management software. Ability to navigate messaging platforms and communication tools for customer inquiries and vendor follow-ups Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail. JACO Machine Works is an AS9100 certified machine shop supporting the medical, aerospace and semiconductor industries. We are in immediate need of a CNC lathe machinist for our growing operation. This position is for first shift with overtime available who can: • Perform setups and operation of 7-axis CNC lathes, screw machines, and Multi-axis turret machines. • Retrieve machine programs from database, create/read tool lists for job. • Accurately set tools and work offsets. Change tooling as needed to restore operation. • Ensure produced parts meet drawing specifications with standard inspection instruments. • Able to troubleshoot and perform basic edits of G-code to solve problems. • Read CMM reports and adjust machine offsets as needed. • Follow work instructions and communicate with Supervisor. • Train machine operators on any job that you set up. • Deburring of parts when needed. • Perform basic machine maintenance. • Keep work area clean and organized. Required Job Skills: • Must be organized and accurate with documentation. • Familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi or similar controls. • Must have good knowledge of machine processes of manufacturing and problem-solving skills to ensure strict quality/dimensional and cosmetic standards. • Able to work with tight tolerances like +/-.0002” • Must have a strong work ethic and work well with others. • Must have good knowledge of G and M codes. • Must be knowledgeable of GD&T. Desired Education/Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. • Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage • 5-10 years' experience as a CNC machine operator or setup • Experience with Ganesh or Tornos turning equipment. • CAD/CAM experience a plus • Experience with JobBoss shop software a plus. • Background in AS9100 work environment. Mathematical Skills: • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide measurement units, common fractions, and decimals. Working in and converting metric/imperial units. Computer Skills: • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer use. Working with Word/Notepads, Excel, and logging in to databases, etc. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
