We are Hiring for a Production Line Maintenance Mechanic for a Fruit Flavoring Company in the city of Irwindale, CA and looking for someone that can Perform inspection, troubleshoot and repair operation equipment’s using safe and cost-effective maintenance procedures. Schedule: First Shift & Second Shift Monday to Friday 8am Start 3pm Start JOB DUTIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and repair boilers, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial steam cooking equipment. Ensure compliance with Cal OSHA safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and company policies. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory. Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency. Conduct equipment inspections, document findings, and recommend improvements. Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles. Test functionality of facility safety systems. - Fabricate new equipment as necessary SKILLS/QUALIFICATION: 5+ years of maintenance experience in the food manufacturing industry, Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team. Strong understanding of Cal OSHA regulations and safety compliance. Experience with HMI, boilers, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial steam cooking equipment (highly preferred). Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Assembly & Robotics Operator for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our robotic work cell and laser system. This role requires manual dexterity for loading and unloading parts and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: -Set up and operate a robotic work cell according to established procedures. -Manually load and unload parts and materials from machinery. -Operate a laser engraving system to mark parts accurately. -Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and perform basic quality checks on finished parts. -Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: -Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and manually handling parts. -Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. -Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus but not required. Schedule: This is a Part-Time, Temporary (October 1 - December 31, 2025) position. While a base schedule will be set, preference will be given to applicants who have a flexible schedule and are available to work later in the day or on weekends as production needs require.
