Oversee staffing levels and scheduling, forecast resource needs, and make adjustments to meet demand. Hold team members accountable for their performance and role expectations, providing regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. Review reports and production metrics; adjust plans and resources to align with targets and demand. Coordinate with internal teams to address non-conformances, implement corrective actions (CARs), and support continuous improvement. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with company procedures. Serve as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and communication. Report safety incidents and near-misses promptly and assist with investigations as needed. Take initiative on other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Qualifications An associate’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, with supervisory experience. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams and driving results. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to take initiative with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Advanced knowledge of materials, tools, and manufacturing processes. Physically able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. Committed to workplace safety and compliance. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
