We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities Production, Processing and Manufacturing Oversight • Lead and manage thermal spray production operations to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and cost efficiency. • Develop and maintain production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Maintenance and Reliability • Supervise Thermal Spray operations facility and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Continuous Improvement & Quality • Work with quality management systems and corrective actions to reduce defects and rework. • Support standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices throughout thermal operations.
