cnc machinist 5 years of experience able to set up haas lathe or mill and intrested in becoming a manager CNC Responsibilities: This position is responsible for operating CNC Lathe machines and to meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery expectations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Operate CNC Lathe machines. 2. Perform assigned maintenance. 3. Preform other production tasks as needed. 4. Adhere to production schedules. 5. Keep manufacturing area clean and well organized. 6. Work overtime or on different shifts as requested to meet production demands. 7. Complete daily and weekly performance board and quality/productivity reports as needed. 8. Follow safety, quality, operating and other procedures. 9. Work with manufacturing lead, follow material point of use process and ensure there is material and tools available at all times. Qualifications: High School Diploma, equivalent, or passing company’s basic English/Math/Blue Print Reading Test; 2 year college or technical degree preferred. 1. Proficient in reading blue prints. 2. Proficient in using basic measuring tools (rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.). 3. Proven working experience in operating CNC equipment in a production environment. 4. Basic English reading/writing and math skills to fulfill job requirements. 5. Ability to work with computers. 6. Ability to work positively in a team environment. 7. Good communications skills.

Electrical Maintenance Technician / PLC Systems Repair  Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 + $3,000 sign-on bonus + OT Eligible  Union Facility  We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems to join our team at our facility. This is an onsite, full-time role that is a core part of our maintenance team, supporting our manufacturing and production operations. We're a company that produces advanced materials for customers who operate in high-stress environments, from aerospace and defense to medical technology and clean energy. Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: You will diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. This includes hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; variable speed AC and DC motor drives; programmable logic controllers (PLCs); and combustion systems. PLC Troubleshooting: A key part of your role will be to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). You'll work with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems, using the appropriate software (e.g., RSLogix, TIA Portal, Step 7) to identify and resolve logic, I/O, and communication issues. Troubleshoot and Inspect: You'll serve as a team member or leader to inspect and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions. Using instruments such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ammeters, you will test faulty equipment to identify the cause of the issue. Component Replacement: You will replace defective components and wiring, and adjust mechanical parts using both hand tools and soldering irons.
