Key Responsibilities: 360° Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Own End to End digital marketing strategy, content, brand, integrated campaigns & digital execution Lead all 360° marketing campaigns across website, email, SEO, paid media, organic social, events, and field marketing. Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing channels and experiences—web, digital, physical, and experiential. Collaborate with digital and demand generation teams to optimize marketing funnel performance. Brand Ownership & Strategy Define and own the global brand vision, positioning, and messaging framework in alignment with corporate strategy and market opportunities. Champion Neostella’s voice, tone, and visual identity across every customer and partner interaction. Lead the evolution of our brand architecture, including support for M&A initiatives and product branding. Go-To-Market & Product Marketing Drive go-to-market (GTM) creative strategy for new product launches, updates, and category positioning. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging across the full customer lifecycle. Oversee PR, analyst relations, and corporate communications to build awareness, credibility, and thought leadership. Content, Creative, and UX Oversee the development of high-quality content including blogs, video, case studies, customer stories, and executive thought leadership. Guide the development of engaging UX and visual design across digital platforms and touchpoints. Lead web presence strategy, including content strategy, SEO, and conversion experience optimization. Team Leadership & Agency Management Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across content, design, creative, UX, and brand marketing. Lead in-house and external creative resources, including agencies, contractors, and freelance contributors. Foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration with Product, RevOps, Demand Gen, and People teams. Marketing Tech Stack, Data, Budget, and Performance Oversee and optimize Neostella’s marketing technology and funnel across lead gen, CRM and entire funnel to deliver against KPIs. Own and manage the brand marketing budget; track and report on campaign ROI, brand health metrics, and awareness KPIs. Continuously evaluate creative performance using data insights to inform optimization and innovation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, brand, agency management and content—with 5+ years in a leadership role at a SaaS or tech company. Proven track record leading GTM strategies, product launches, and integrated campaigns that drive growth and brand equity. Strong understanding of marketing technologies, funnel mechanics, and performance analytics. Expertise across website management, SEO, paid acquisition, social media, email, and conversion optimization. Exceptional storytelling, writing, visual and creative direction skills. Experience building and leading high-impact teams and managing agency/vendor relationships. Excellent executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level audiences. Strong project management and budgeting skills in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
