We’re looking for a Paid Media leader-in-training: someone who excels at client performance today and is hungry to build the systems, processes, and people that will scale the department tomorrow. You’ll share account ownership with a fellow Paid Media Manager and a Funnel Architect (who leads on landing pages and CRO). Budgets typically range from $10K–$30K/month. Run structured A/B tests across ads, bids, and landing pages in collaboration with the Funnel Architect. Communication & Collaboration Partner with account managers, creatives, and other strategists to align messaging and performance goals. Join client calls/emails as needed—especially when performance shifts or growth opportunities emerge. Translate complex campaign data into plain-language recommendations that shape business outcomes. Departmental Growth & System Building Improve internal processes to make the Paid Media function smarter, faster, and more scalable. Requirements Must-Have Technical Mastery Expert-level experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), conversion tracking, budget pacing, naming structure discipline. Fluency with GA4, GTM, and call tracking tools like CallRail or WhatConverts. Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas). Looker Studio or similar for dashboards. Strategic & Analytical Strength Able to isolate high-leverage optimizations across a diverse account mix. Comfortable building media plans and forecasting performance scenarios.
