Business Development Representative
Arthur is looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Arthur while building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and collaborative, with a focus on outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Lead outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
Research and identify potential clients within Arthur’s target markets
Qualify inbound leads and connect them with appropriate sales team members
Develop relationships and build a strong network of contacts by participating in industry events
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
Collaborate on marketing and sales efforts to refine lead generation strategies
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
1-2+ years of sales experience with SaaS products (technically complex products a plus)
Experience and ability to effectively prospect clients, with a clear track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to adapt to evolving requirements and challenges in a startup environment
An eagerness to proactively learn and research
A low-ego, get-things-done attitude that embraces collaboration and strives for outcomes
You Might Also Have (Nice to Have)
Sales experience with AI / ML products
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience with sales automation tools and social selling platforms

Our annual base compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 (+ variable commission / on-target earnings) based on your experience and how your skills align with role requirements.
