Through your compelling presentations and consultative guidance, you won’t be just demonstrating software, you prove that Carbyne revolutionizes emergency response for communities worldwide. Strategic Technical Partnership: Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies for Carbyne's public safety software solutions tailored to meet a prospective customer’s needs. Customer Engagement: Translate customer requirements into clear solution overviews and conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific client requirements. Documentation & Proposal Support: Conduct and complete site surveys and other technical documentation required for solution design. Collaborate with Solution Architects by providing accurate customer infrastructure details and assisting the sales team in preparing tailored proposals and supporting materials. RFP Management: Assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFP) using expert product knowledge to ensure accurate, compelling, and complete representations of product capabilities. Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Solution Architects, Product, and Marketing teams to communicate customer needs and feedback into actionable product requirements. Implementation Guidance: Provide customers with guidance related to the onboarding process to ensure successful and seamless solution expectations. Industry Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emerging industry trends in emergency response technology and public-safety solutions. Requirements 🔑 What You Bring To shine in this role, you’ll need: Experience: 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience, with a focus on identifying customer requirements and technical sales within telecommunications environments. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide detailed product demonstrations and address customer objections as a Subject Matter Expert. Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of IP Networking, IP Telephony, and enterprise SaaS deployments. Cloud Solutions: Ability to position robust cloud solutions, with a strong preference for AWS. Proven Success: Demonstrated track-record of winning complex technical deals through value engineering and clear competitive differentiation. Sales Collaboration: Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to construct compelling technical proposals and accelerate deal closure. Travel: Ability to travel approximately 50% for onsite customer meetings. Location: Must reside near a major airport hub. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while simultaneously supporting multiple government and enterprise sales cycles.   Bonus Points Discovery Skills: Exceptional ability to uncover deep technical pain points and expertly translate them into tangible solutions.
