Interactive Workers, LLC is a rapidly growing outsourcing company that has been six years in the industry offering specialized VA services to companies all over the USA. We are looking for eight motivated and experienced Remote Sales Phone Setters to join our team. In this 100% remote, commission-based role, you will play a crucial part in our sales pipeline by qualifying outbound leads and scheduling high-ticket sales appointments for our closing team. This is a commission-only role. You will earn 25% of every deal closed from the appointments you book. Our average deal size ranges from $24K to $35K, offering a significant earning potential for motivated individuals. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively. Schedule sales appointments for our dedicated closing team. Requirements Familiarity with GoHighLevel is highly desirable. Background in outbound calling techniques. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients. Strong objection handling skills. Experience with CRM systems and auto-dialers is a plus.
