We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies. Stay informed about product offerings, industry developments, and competitive landscape. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B sales is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Experience in business development and account management is essential. Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus. Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to building long-term relationships. Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
