Scope of Role Join our growing team as a Global GTM Enablement Lead, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this dynamic role, you'll develop and implement strategies to enhance our GTM team's effectiveness. You will create GTM enablement programmes, tools, and content to support our GTM processes, driving revenue growth and improving win rates. You will partner with and enable our global Sales, Customer Success, BDR, Pre-Sales, Renewals, HR and L&D teams. Our salary offer is in the range of $100,000 - $160,000 per year. As a Global Enablement Lead, you will: Develop and implement a metrics-driven comprehensive GTM enablement strategy aligned with our global business OKR's and GTM goals. Create GTM enablement content, including playbooks, content repositories, product training, and onboarding materials. Deliver GTM training programs to enhance product knowledge, GTM skills, and performance across the GTM organization. Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, GTM (including Pre-Sales), and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning of our software solutions. Implement and manage GTM enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve GTM productivity. Analyze GTM performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives. Design and implement career progression plans for all the key roles within the GTM team to promote growth and development internally Partner with global GTM leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the impact of GTM enablement efforts. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in GTM enablement to continuously refine our approach. Requirements 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, GTM operations, or a related function in B2B technology. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful GTM enablement programs that drive measurable results. Strong understanding of enterprise software GTM processes and methodologies- MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, and Force Management. Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with CRM systems and GTM enablement technologies including Gong, Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Expertise with Artificial Intelligence and ability to integrate it into the GTM organization through messaging, training, planning, and analysis. Analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
