This role will focus on engaging via outbound phone calls and text messages with warm leads who have expressed interest in our services through online platforms. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales professionals to close at a later time. We’re growing fast and looking for a VP of Sales who can help us get our name in front of media agencies and brands alike, as the most senior Sales hire in the business. You’ll have a burning desire to crush your goals and push for new connections daily. What you’ll do Lead the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → close → renew. Generate high-volume outreach and build a pipeline of brands and agencies. Understand Wildfire’s communities, product, and Spark platform using that to tell compelling stories to different types of buyers. Manage a seller in NY and grow the sales team out. Sell both endemic (gaming) and non-endemic (entertainment, tech, CPG, etc.) campaigns. Tailor pitches to client needs using insights and data from past campaigns. Own post-sale relationships and ensure repeat business through trust and delivery. Collaborate tightly with Campaign Managers to ensure alignment between pitch and execution. Requirements A driven, experienced individual contributor who thrives in fast-paced environments and used to winning in the world of gaming. You love turning insight into opportunity. Minimum qualifications VP or Director-level sales experience in gaming, media, or creator economy Familiarity with fast sales cycles - ability to close business in 3-6 months Likely 15+ years media / 10+ years sales Gaming experience a must Strong and existing relationships with clients and agencies History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Some working knowledge of Discord A willingness to roll up your sleeves and an instinct to lead by example - going outside your immediate role where needed to get the job done.
