People Management Responsibilities: Yes Role Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $80k-$100k, plus bonus and incentives Position Overview As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind distributor partnerships and field team leadership across your assigned territory. This is your opportunity to shape retail execution, accelerate sales growth, and scale the CELSIUS® brand through a deep understanding of route-to-market strategies, especially Direct Store Delivery (DSD). You’ll bring a proven track record in sales management, distributor engagement, and team leadership—paired with a passion for energy beverages and high-performance brands.
