In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from sourcing leads to closing deals—while collaborating with industry leaders and marketing experts to create powerful client partnerships. Ideal for ambitious professionals eager to take ownership and grow quickly. Accountabilities: Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, proposals, and closing deals. Generate new opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and attendance at industry events. Respond to inbound leads and RFPs by crafting tailored proposals with support from internal teams. Lead sales calls and communications, clearly articulating the agency’s offerings and value. Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop compelling pitches. Track and report on pipeline, sales metrics, and forecasting. Continuously assess and improve sales performance in alignment with leadership goals. Stay up to date on eCommerce, marketing, and consumer behavior trends to inform sales strategies. Requirements 4+ years in a full-cycle sales or Account Executive role, preferably in a startup or agency environment. Proven experience closing new business and managing multiple sales simultaneously. Deep knowledge of digital advertising, eCommerce, and performance marketing. Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and video presentation. Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven with a self-starter mindset. Skilled in CRM tools, especially Hubspot, and familiar with sales reporting. Strong presentation and proposal skills tailored to client needs. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and embracing change in a fast-paced setting. Collaborative and team-oriented with a drive to contribute to long-term growth.
