Job Title: Canvassing Manager – Roofing & Impact Windows/Doors Location: Broward County, FL Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a rapidly growing home improvement company based in Pompano Beach, specializing in roofing systems and impact windows/doors. Our mission is to deliver superior products and services that protect and enhance homes across South Florida. To support our expansion, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Canvassing Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door lead generation team. Position Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Canvassing Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in canvassing within the roofing and impact window/door industry. Must have experience with the Florida PACE program. This is a leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performance canvassing team. You’ll be in charge of recruiting, training, and leading reps in the field — with full responsibility for performance, results, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of canvassing reps Set daily and weekly goals; track performance and productivity Conduct field training, script coaching, and team motivation Develop territory plans and optimize door-to-door strategies Handle all HR duties including hiring and firing decisions Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality Lead by example — work in the field as needed to drive results Requirements: 3+ years of canvassing experience in the roofing and/or impact windows/doors industry Experience with the Florida PACE Program Proven experience in a leadership or management role Must have a valid driver’s license Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Comfortable managing and motivating outdoor field teams Organized, results-driven, and self-motivated Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus What We Offer: Competitive base salary Uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses Company vehicle Fast-paced, growth-driven environment Opportunities for advancement into senior leadership Ready to take the lead and build a top-producing canvassing team in South Florida?
