We are seeking a full-time inside sales representative (Admissions Counselor) to help our students enroll in one of our many educational programs over the phone and in person at our Pico Rivera School. (No cold calling required.) · Responsible for knowledge of all our products and services to better serve and assist our customers. · Responsible for selling all company services, closing deals, and processing payments. · Will be required to meet monthly sales quota, minimum customer interaction volumes, and closing ratios. · Strong follow-up with leads and being highly responsive and thorough in answering their questions. · Must have excellent verbal communication skills and provide great customer service & support. · Must be comfortable greeting and interacting with customers, creating rapport, and closing sales. Requirements: · Education: Must have a high school diploma · Customer Service: 2 years · Sales Experience: 2 years · Spanish (Required) · Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (Outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required. Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm// Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Closed on weekends.
