Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools such as AI-powered coaching, call scoring, or automation platforms to increase rep productivity and improve conversion rates. Ensure system adoption across all sales teams through training, support, and process reinforcement. Partner with IT and vendors to manage integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting. Sales Process Design & Optimization: Map and document all inside sales workflows from lead intake through member onboarding.
