You'll take full ownership of the Hybrid order lifecycle, from initial sale to flawless installation, maintaining 100% order accuracy and resolving any issues with speed and precision. You'll also be an internal agent of change, constantly challenging our processes to drive efficiency and profitability. This includes leading the charge in transforming procurement systems, mastering inventory management at our Hanover office, and ensuring all transactions are accurate and transparent. You will collaborate with our IT team to build strategic workflows in D365 and maintain accurate reporting in CRM, ensuring every team member has the data they need to succeed. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can provide empathetic and effective support through calls and emails. You'll not only resolve issues and process sales orders but also help us find new talent to join our Phillips family. By designing and enforcing structured processes, you will ensure the fastest response times and most efficient scheduling, cementing Phillips Hybrid as the go-to solution in the marketplace.
