What You'll Do As a Bloom Growth Coach, you’ll lead sessions, facilitate strategic alignment, and deliver coaching to CEOs and leadership teams. What to Expect It’s Your Business: You build your coaching practice with our system, support, and tools to grow it. Many coaches earn $300K - $500K+ annually with about 12 clients and a minimum of 20 hours per week. It’s important to note that this is not a W2 position. Your income will come from your own effort at building your coaching business charging your clients your fee of which we do not take a percentage. The ability for our consultants to quickly learn and operate in a wide variety of environments and industries is key. TSI is currently looking for a consultant who can serve as a hybrid Junior PM/Business Analyst. This role will be doing process analysis and requirement development, technology assessment, light project management, and support in other areas. The purpose of this position is to be a versatile, effective, resource that can contribute in a number of areas. Often our consultants are faced with new, challenging and different scenarios in which they will be expected to learn, contribute, and adapt. This position will work directly with all levels of our client organizations, and will be expected to “roll up their sleeves” and work alongside our clients to meet our project objectives. Exposure to process mapping and analysis, experience or background in system functional and technical requirement development, software selection and/or hands-on implementation, or mid to strong experience with software solutions in an educational setting are highly desired.
