The Technical Lead - Engineering Lead Bus Specialist will oversee a team that provides direct support on the production lines to resolve electrical engineering and programming issues discovered during electrical checkout of online buses, especially lead buses. Requirements Ensure the team complies with the Engineering Lead Bus Specialist process, including proper tracking of issues. Provide technical guidance to team members to help resolve technical issues. Interact with production facilities’ management and production personnel to ensure priorities are aligned each day, including participating or running daily meetings. ·Monitor the group’s performance metrics to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. Manage and delegate issues among the team  Oversee a team that addresses electrical engineering issues across five production facilities.· Check engineering work especially PLC programs. Work with suppliers to guide resolution of technical issues related to vendor components. Work with customers to clarify customer requirements and communicate issues and timelines for resolution. Train new employees on their duties and on the vehicle electrical system. Education (Required Education Only) Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Electrical/Engineering Technology or equivalent Experience/ Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years of equivalent related industry/technology experience is preferred. To ensure greater transparency, we provide base salary ranges for all roles, regardless of location. Our standard pay ranges are based on the role’s function and level, benchmarked against similar growth-stage companies. Compensation may vary based on geographical location, as certain regions may have different cost-of-living factors. The final offer will also be influenced by the candidate's skills, responsibilities, and relevant experience. Compensation Range The Compensation Range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000.
