Job Title: Demolition Construction Manager*   Location:  Broward County Employment Type: Full-Time   **About Us:**   We are an established General Contractor company specializing in Commercial construction services. As we expand into commercial demolition, we are seeking an **extremely experienced Demolition Construction Manager** to lead and oversee our demolition projects from procurement through project closeout. This is a key role for someone who is self-driven, highly knowledgeable in all aspects of demolition management, and ready to build this division into a top-tier operation.   **Role Overview:**   The Demolition Construction Manager will be responsible for pursuing and securing public and private demolition contracts, estimating project costs, developing proposals, hiring and managing subcontractors and labor, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and overseeing all aspects of project execution. This is a leadership position requiring strong technical expertise, industry connections, and proven management skills, and ALL THE ABOVE LISTED SKILLS ARE LISTED UNDER ROLE OVERVIEW!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE in the Role Overview.  **Key Responsibilities:**   - Identify, pursue, and secure demolition contracts (private and public sector).   - Perform detailed project estimating, budgeting, and bid preparation.   - Build and maintain relationships with contractors, owners, and subcontractors.   - Hire, negotiate, and manage subcontractor performance.   - Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budget constraints.   - Oversee all on-site demolition activities for safety, quality, and compliance with codes, permits, and environmental requirements.   - Ensure OSHA and all regulatory safety standards are strictly enforced.   - Manage project reporting, documentation, and client communications.   - Provide leadership, mentoring, and accountability for on-site teams.   **Qualifications & Experience:**   - **10+ years** of direct demolition construction management experience (commercial/public projects preferred with verifiable references within the last 5 years).   - Proven track record of successfully managing demolition contracts valued from **$500K – $10M+**.   - Strong knowledge of demolition methods, environmental controls, hazardous materials abatement, and regulatory compliance.   - Ability to read, interpret, and prepare construction and demolition drawings and specifications.   - Deep understanding of permitting, utility coordination, and site logistics.   - Strong negotiation, estimating, and cost-control skills.   - Demonstrated leadership in project execution and team management.   - Excellent communication and client-facing skills.   - OSHA 30 certification (required), additional safety/environmental certifications a plus.   - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.   **Compensation:**   - Salary range: **$75,000 – $125,000+ annually**, commensurate with experience.   - Performance bonuses or commission available based on project and division growth and salary.     - Benefits package including paid vacation and retirement plan options.   **How to Apply:**   If you are an experienced demolition professional ready to take ownership of building a demolition division within a strong and growing general contracting firm, we want to hear from you NOW.
