Accountabilities Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on user stories, requirements, and specifications. Execute manual testing procedures to evaluate software functionality, performance, and user experience. Identify, document, and communicate defects to developers and follow up on resolution progress. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to improve software quality and performance. Apply QA processes, test methodologies, and software release standards to ensure thorough testing coverage. Perform web application testing and, if applicable, mobile application testing. Maintain knowledge of accessibility standards, including Section 508 and WCAG, and test accordingly.
