Represent clients in trademark disputes, including opposition and cancellation proceedings. Stay informed about changes in trademark and intellectual property laws and regulations. Provide client education on best practices for brand protection. Collaborate with other legal team members on broader intellectual property issues. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active attorney license in the state of practice. Looking for 3- 5 years (only) of experience in trademark law or intellectual property law. Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of trademark registration processes, practices, and case law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in trademark litigation or dispute resolution is preferred. Membership in relevant IP organizations.
