Daily Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Provide administrative support to lawyers, paralegals, and office personnel. Handle communication with clients, visitors, opposing counsel, etc. Locate case-relevant information. Administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, organizing legal documents, basic data entry, and processing of mail. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to emails. Maintain contact lists. Monitor deadlines and coordinate calendars and appointments. Ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory. Special projects, as assigned. Skills: Proven working experience in a law firm. Knowledge of Estate Planning a plus. Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system a plus. Computer literacy. Proficiency in English. Ability to learn new software and tasks. Excellent organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish Speaker a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Our client, A boutique plaintiff personal injury firm is looking to fulfill the need for a full-time temporary Paralegal based out of the firms downtown San Francisco office. The assignment is expected to last about three weeks, with the possibility for extension as needed. This position reports on a hybrid basis.
