This remote position centers on handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for a broad client base, including clients with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Responsibilities Represent employer clients in all stages of employment law litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial. Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks to mitigate legal risks. Provide training and workshops for clients on various employment law topics. Stay updated on changes to employment law and regulatory developments that may impact clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Key Responsibilities:  ● Lead and manage single-plaintiff litigation matters and administrative agency proceedings  ● Draft and review pleadings, legal memoranda, and client communications  ● Conduct depositions, represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials  ● Supervise junior attorneys and support staff ● Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leadership on legal strategy  ● Occasionally assist with class action, PAGA, or other complex employment matters  Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school  Minimum 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience  Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills  Ability to work independently in a remote environment  Strong knowledge of employment law, including litigation and compliance.
