The firm seeks to hire an attorney with a minimum of five years of substantive litigation experience. Attorneys with experience handling employment law, construction, and professional liability litigation are preferred. Inquiries from candidates who graduated from top-tier law schools or who have judicial clerkship experience will be prioritized. The firm will consider associate, of counsel, and lateral partner candidates. The position is open in the firm’s downtown San Diego office. Remote and flexible work arrangements are possible. The base salary band for the open position is between $145,000.00 and $180,000.00, depending upon experience. The firm also offers a multi-tiered bonus structure that generously rewards both hard work, merit, and business generation. Bonus potential is unlimited, and mid five-figure bonuses are routine.
