Assemble and secure roof trusses and wood or metal framing systems in accordance with engineering plans and local codes. Install subflooring, decking, windows, doors, and various exterior siding systems. Perform both interior and exterior finish work with consistency and high attention to aesthetic and functional outcomes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, complying with all safety standards and regulations. Qualifications: We're seeking an experienced professional who brings both technical skill and carpentry knowledge to every project. Ideal candidates will have: OSHA 10 certification preferred, but not mandatory (training opportunities available). Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial and/or residential construction. Proven ability to consistently work a standard 40-hour week, with availability for overtime as needed. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a proactive approach to task management. Excellent references that confirm reliability, quality of work, and team collaboration. We provide expert installation, service and maintenance on a wide variety of residential heating and cooling equipment throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Technician to our existing HVAC team. Duties include the service, repair and installation of high efficiency forced air systems, forced hot water heating systems, air conditioning systems, ductless and heat pump systems and water heaters. Experience with oil is a plus. Must have EPA Certification, refrigerant license and a thorough understand of HVAC equipment and controls. Journeyman License a plus.
