The ideal candidate will grow into a lead role within 3–6 months, eventually managing their own truck and possibly working with a helper. ________________________________________ Key Requirements • Completion of a criminal background check and drug screening prior to hiring. • Zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. o Must have clean driving record to be insured to drive our commercial trucks. ________________________________________ Primary Duties • Roof Cleaning: Safely operated ladders (up to 40’), fall restraint systems, and equipment such as leaf blowers, manual brushes, and chemical sprayers. • Deck Construction & Repair: Assist in the repair, rebuilding, and construction of residential decks, including demolition, framing, installation, sanding, staining, and sealing.
