We’re are one of the oldest and largest Classic Car Restoration Shop in south Florida, specializing in restoring, customizing their classic cars We’re looking for a Working Shop Manager who will play a key role in both overseeing operations and getting hands-on with the restoration work. What You’ll Do: Manage the daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficient workflow of tech and top-notch quality control. Supervise and collaborate with our talented team of technicians and craftsmen. Coordinate restoration projects, from initial client consultations to final delivery. Ensure safety protocols and industry standards are followed at all times. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing or supervising a team in a restoration shop or similar automotive environment. Strong background in classic car restoration, including knowledge of engines, mechanic , bodywork, and electrical systems. Retromod upgrades to Fuel injection , Brakes , A/C suspension , engine swaps , stroker kits. Hands-on mechanical skills and the ability to dive into the work when needed. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Passion for classic cars and trucks and attention to detail. Why Join Us?
