Level 1 – Lead Solar Installer (Roof Lead) | $29 - $32 per hour (DOE) Responsibilities: Lead installation crews and oversee the full installation process of solar PV systems. Review project plans, permits, and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot system issues. Train and mentor Level 2 and Level 3 installers. Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, inspectors, and clients during installations. Other responsibilities and duties as necessary. Requirements: 4+ years of solar installation or equivalent electrical/construction experience. Strong understanding of electrical and roofing systems.
