Requirements: • Experience: 2+ years of experience with plumbing. Does not need to be licensed. • Tools: Own typical tools • Transportation: Reliable truck, van, or SUV with valid auto insurance. • License: Valid driver’s license. • Handyman Skills: Preferred experience in general maintenance. • Language: English (Fluent) • Location: 30-mile radius of Los Angeles. Will pay for gas and insurance. • Physical Ability: Lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders in varied conditions. • Background Check: Required.
