ShareLocal framing contractor looking to hire an experienced Framing Superintendent. Our company specializes in both Residential (Single family- Custom homes, Production homes) Multifamily and Commercial wood framing. Job Duties/requirements- Supervise and run multiple job sites across a designated work area. Inspect and supervise job sites and work in progress to ensure completed work meets quality control, job specs, schedules, and OSHA safety standards. Be able to multitask and manage multiple job sites at one time. Manage Subcontract crews Manage in-house crews/employees Redline plans/blueprints Quality Control/Punch outs Create punch lists for inspections and Quality assurance. Manage company purchased materials and equipment Must have-Knowledge of new construction residential framing Knowledge of new construction commercial framing Blueprint reading Knowledge of Osha regulations Knowledge of local building codes Valid drivers license Company truck provided upon meeting qualifications Compensation depends on experience. Bi-annual performance bonuses provided. Use of hand tools/power tools for occasional light framing is required Computer skills a plus, Email, Construction software etc.
