As a Solar Installer, you'll play a crucial role in our solar installations, working with a team of skilled professionals to mount solar racking on roofs and assist as a materials handler for electrical work. What You’ll Do Assemble and stage materials for installations and service work Carry out all phases of rooftop solar installations Assist electricians with wiring and system connections Ensure jobsites and vehicles are clean, safe, and well-stocked Comply with local jurisdiction and utility installation requirements Operate within Neil Kelly’s safety standards and participate in regular trainings What You Bring You’re a dependable, safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
