Job Overview: We are seeking skilled laborers with experience in general construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of construction techniques and tools, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to demolition, site preparation, carpentry, concrete work, and general labor duties. • Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites. • Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools. • Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. • Load and unload materials and equipment. • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience as a laborer in general construction. • Familiarity with construction tools, machinery, and safety protocols. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
