Job Details: • Position: Retractable Awning, Shutter and Screen Installer • Pay: Starting at $25/hour • Schedule: Full-time • Location: 404 Umbarger Rd, Suite A, San Jose, CA 95111 • explore Company Website: www.ERSshading.com Key Responsibilities: • Support senior technicians and gradually take on independent assignments. • Install, repair, and service exterior, retractable awnings, shutters, and screens. • Work with team members to get each job done well and on time. Requirements: • Speak, read, and write basic English. • Valid driver’s license, clean DMV and reliable transportation to company. • Positive attitude, strong desire to learn, punctual and reliable. • Comfortable being outdoors, climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs. • Prior installation, construction or electrical experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
