Pitched Repair Foreman

General Description: Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that loves being in the field, solving problems and embraces our company goals of Safety, Customer Service and Quality. We are a stable, fun-loving, high quality, mid-large sized re-roof company with a goal of growth. General Responsibilities: • Finding leaks and fixing them with the highest quality and attention to detail. • Completing repair jobs as per the scope of work. • Providing notification if additional work is recommended. • Reporting all repair findings on an app with before and after pictures and basic descriptions. • Safety – always working within Interstate’s safety rules. • Customer communication Essential Duties and Requirements: • Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access. • Standing, walking, kneeling and working on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time. • Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation and repair. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a steep slope roofing foreman. • Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude.
