Flooring install experience is not necessary but helpful. Drywall, repairs & painting, must be able to tie into existing drywall and match textures.   Ability to read and follow project scopes, Ability to document projects and progress with daily updates to the office. Ability to perform basic rough carpentry I.E. basic framing repairs, fence repairs, siding replacement etc. Electrical and plumbing experience not required but helpful.   Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the duties listed above.
