Experienced Low Voltage 06 Journeyman (Bellevue, WA)

Sandru Technologies is looking for an experienced 06 Journeyman/woman to join our growing team. We specialize in access control, video surveillance, networking, Wi-Fi, and A/V systems for commercial and multi-family properties across Washington. Preferred experience in the following: Access Control Systems (Doorking, LiftMaster, ButterflyMX, Brivo, etc.), Camera Systems (Dahua/Luminys, Eagle Eye, Avigilon, Hikvision, etc.), A/V systems, and Ubiquiti Networks. Job Qualifications: ● EL 06 License *required* ● Access control installation and maintenance experience ● Experience with IP and analog CCTV systems, phone, and data ● Security camera installation/maintenance experience ● Commercial audio systems experience ● General installation, service, and maintenance experience ● The ability to perform maintenance and service calls on-site for security, CCTV, Access Control, and various other systems. ● Great communication skills—often coordinating with the owner to provide engineered solutions. ● Install new systems in coordination with the owner and other technicians. ● Routinely read blueprints and project specifications with a clear understanding of system requirements. ● Routinely utilize a wide variety of test equipment and power tools. ● Ability to oversee and train potential Apprentices efficiently ● Valid driver's license and clean driving record ● We are looking for individuals who are career-oriented with strong leadership skills Physical Requirements: ● Ability to stand for most of your working day. ● Ability to climb ladders and perform work while working at heights via A-frame ladder, extension ladder, scissor lift, or boom lift at various heights as required by the job. ● Ability to lift equipment, tools and or materials up to 60 lbs. ● Ability to differentiate colors for proper wiring and terminations. ● Ability to work with various hand and power tools in a safe manner. ● Ability to drive and travel various distances and to multiple sites within the same business day.
