Description of Essential job functions for Garage Door installation and service technicians: * Unload and load materials on and off of trucks. Materials may weigh up to 60 lbs. and greater than 90 lbs. on occasion. * Safely climb and work off of ladders. * Safely drive to and from jobsites. * Communicate and orientate new customers with door and opener functions Physical requirements include: * All types of movement while installing or carrying doors and hardware to and from the jobsite. * Unload and load materials on and off of trucks. Materials may weigh up to 65 lbs. and greater than 90 lbs. on occasion. Work includes: * Installation and service of steel, wood and aluminum doors, motors and controls. Materials are to be installed in the field on jobsites and customer locations. Drilling, cutting, carpentry, framing, and installation of components to make up working doors and openers.
