Daily duties will include supervision of Dispatch, Plumbers, Drain Techs, and Septic Crew to ensure daily targets are met, daily work is completed within the company’s procedures, policies, and timelines, reporting any work-related issues to operations manager and owners when necessary, and outside sales and marketing for the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to identify problems and solve them thoughtfully and decisively. Both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to delegate, motivate, and support department personnel.
