Work with Preconstruction/Estimating to complete take-offs, both in the field and from drawings, plans, specifications to develop cost budgets and selling prices for projects, as well as prepare change order scopes and pricing. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years of commercial painting, coatings, waterproofing experience as a manager or supervisor. Must be able to travel to project sites with occasional overnight as required. Must be proficient in MS OFFICE Suite Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be drug free.
