If defects are found, return tank to production to correct prior to painting. Paint tanks, parts, and non-tank related items, according to supplied specifications. Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled, while maintaining accurate records. Prepare apartments for occupancy by effectively completing the make-ready process. Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community by ensuring grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas are free from debris.
