Professional appearance and construction experience required. Must be comfortable moving 24'-40' ladders, being on roofs and cleaning gutters. Cordless drill also required. We train and start at $23 with $1 raises every few months up to $30/hr and $80/day bonus possibilities as things go well if you are running a two man crew. This position is for a team of 2 people; one to conduct office work, show available apartments to prospective applicants, schedule service requests and subs, accept and deposit receipts, etc. The other party will complete service requests, perform turn duties, service pool, attend to grounds and common areas, advise main office regarding general condition of property, etc. Office hours are M, T, W, F 9-6; Sat 10-4. Successful candidates will share a 2bdrm/2ba apartment with attached (but separate) office, and receive wages. MUST have prior California tenant/landlord experience, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, follow directions, policies, and procedures as determined by Main Office, etc. Spanish a plus.
